Provide the much needed work and professional experience Employers of Labour (Large & Medium Scale Businesses) often desire of recent and fresh Graduates of our Tertiary Institutions in Nigeria who are unemployed and have never had a structured work experienceb. Provide the much needed Graduate workforce our Start-ups and SME's often times can't afford due to their low or non-existent financial resource to recruit and retain potential top talents from our Graduate work-forceAbout Experiencia!Experiencia! is a Social Enterprise committed to building the portfolio of our future workforce. Our future workforce represents the army of Final Year Undergraduates, Unemployed Graduates and Corp Members that adorn the length and breadth of our nation, Nigeria. Experiencia! achieves its goals and objectives by pairing our target demography to unpaid Volunteer and Internship Opportunities where they are able to build their portfolio and CV through relatable work and professional experience.Experiencia! also serves as a bridge that provides Start-ups and SME's with the much needed workforce at no cost to their business. The Start-ups and SME's only get to incur operational cost on behalf of his or her Graduate Employee. These opportunities will mostly be available in an admin or operational capacity.
