Each has a wide range of proven skills and utility business knowledge that crosses many electric utility business areas, processes and applications. This includes operations to RTOs and most business and compliance functions in between. Utility employees quickly gain confidence in us since we fully understand their history, objectives and challenges. We always view IT solutions from business, compliance and technical perspectives.We save IT and Business money for a single project because each of our consultants can readily fill multiple roles. This reduces project resources and facilitates continuity across deliverables. For example, development lead, business systems analyst, vendor management, test lead, change management, etc. It also saves money because we use less time to complete higher quality deliverables than less seasoned resources.Alternatively, we save IT and Business money by providing strategic advice for multiple projects. Our constructive input throughout a project can include clarifying requirements and scope, resolving gaps and cross-functional impacts, reviewing deliverables for accuracy and completeness, etc. An investment in us to identify and resolve issues during a project avoids greater costs to resolve these issues late in a project.
