Expert Staffing Group is a boutique staffing firm, focused on servicing the needs of a few select clients very well, versus being average supporting a large number of clients.Why use Expert Staffing Group, Inc.?Most staffing agencies have very little domain knowledge, particularly in IT and engineering fields. Even those that do have some knowledge have acquired it anecdotally. Expert Staffing Group was founded by a person who spent years in the engineering and technology fields doing complex design/build projects. Additionally, most firms spend very little time truly understanding the needs of the client and even less understanding the motivations of the candidate or vetting them.Many people have had poor experiences with staffing companies in the past, but Expert Staffing Group is determined to do it better by:• Understanding your business, your technology and company culture.• Submitting only qualified, vetted candidates, who have been interviewed personally by our technical expert prior to submission.• Ensuring that all candidates submitted have a full understanding of the position they are interviewing for and are fully committed to the client's hiring process.• Respecting the time of HR personnel and hiring managers by not haphazardly sending over multiple resumes for review. We will be submitting no more than three candidates per position, each one both qualified and committed to the process.
