A safe, non-judgmental space where people can explore their feelings around grief and loss.My clients might be grieving (or even anticipating) the death of a loved one, a life-changing medical diagnosis, the end of an important relationship.I support them and encourage them to experiment with different activities and strategies. The goal is for them to find their own way to re-adjust, honour their loss, and stand strong in their life.
