CANCERSince 2018 Armaceutica has been repurposing a malaria drug called pyronaridine (PND) to treat certain types of cancer. Pyronaridine offers the potential advantage over chemotherapies which generally produce serious side effects. "To date no serious toxicities have been reported for pyronaridine."
