The Company is Acting as Turnkey Executors for and on behalf of the Societies which are intending to explore, "Self-Redevelopment" of their Registered Society, within the Region of Mumbai.Once the Company is appointed Irrevocably as an Executor by the Society, shall plan the Suitable strategy for the Re-Development of the Project, prepare feasibility projections, appoint appropriate team including Architect, Structural Engineers, Liaison Agency, mobilize required means / funding for Re-Development of the Society, Obtain required clearances and permissions, source required TDR, avail Fungible FSI by paying Premium for and on behalf of the Society, Supervise Development of the Project Execution as per approved Plans, Handover Redeveloped Apartments to the existing / eligible members of the Society, plan marketing strategy, promotion and Sales of the Sale Component Area of the Redeveloped Society preferably as per Strategy or post OC, and provide Exit to the Society from the Borrowing and debt, (Subject to Feasibility).Please share Proposal of the Societies Eligible for Re-Development, having Resolution, Consent of over 50% and more members for initiating Self-Redevelopment Process, having Conveyance of the Plot, without any Encroachment, and intending to appoint a Turn Key Executors.Society / Land Lord may please share IM of the Society / Plot, sharing complete details of the total Occupants of the Society with Notified Carpet Area of respective Members of the Society, Area of Land Parcel, how old is the Present Structure ? Configuration for the Present Apartments ? Width of the Road, Any D P Remarks ? DP Plan, Conveyance Agreement, Society Registration Certificate, Liabilities if any, Share Copy of the Property Card, Floor Plans of the Present Building ? FSI Consumed by the Developers / Society ?
