Exquisite Model & Talent Management was established in 2000, when Owner/Director Adam realised the need for a really great Talent Manager in Australia. This gave him the determination to become a leading Talent Manager by offering a personalised, caring approach to his Talent, rather than treating them as a number. Since 2007, Adam's wife, Kylie, has joined the ranks, and the two of them have been progressing in leaps and bounds. Adam and Kylie always put their talent first, and work extremely hard for them.
