Extended Family of Wayland is the local office for Home Free Extended Family, a Portsmouth, NH based company. THe mission of Extended Family is to support the efforts of older adults to age in place safely and happily. The company focuses on brain and physical wellness as the cornerstones of remaining independent and incorporate these efforts into the support they offer. Other aras of focus include ensuring that older adults are squared away in terms of financial and legal affairs, live in a safe environment, are getting the best medical care possible, and are staying engaged with the world around them. By incorporating all these foundations of healthy aging into the services we provide makes Extended Family's goal of healthy and happy aging in place a reality!
