Extreme Design Lab is a platform for exploration and design, specialised in extreme environments and challenging conditions. It was founded in 2008 by Susan Christianen. Extreme Design Lab stimulates cross-disciplinary collaboration with a mission to design contextual- and resilient solutions that can improve the everyday life of people and make a positive difference for the environment.
