On our construction side:We are a self-performing general contractor in the pacific northwest. We specialize in vertical construction in the health care sector for both government and private clients. We work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide construction solutions complying with the current healthcare standards, licensing, etc. while maximizing the spaces available for the construction. Design-build and cost-plus contracts are where we provide the most value for our clients. These contracting vehicles allow us to overcome our clients challenges, while providing enough flexibility in the budgets to work proficiently on the construction execution. Some of the past projects include designing and building Dental clinics, Intensive care units (ICU's), MRI's, X-ray facilities, Pharmacies, hospital - Triple filtered HVAC systems, assisted living and memory care facilities. On our consulting side: We provide constructability reviews for clients who want an independent review of the construction documents prior to soliciting bids. This service provides the most value and benefit for our clients who want to mitigate the scope gaps, drawing coordination between engineering disciplines, results in better pricing, and reduces the schedule impacts during the construction phase with change orders. We can provide owner representation, funds control, and schedule analysis. Our knowledge of the healthcare sector, ability to think outside the box, problem solve, and vast network of specialized engineers and architects allows us to provide services on short timelines most other general contractors are not able to.
