Critical Infrastructure is exposed to extreme weather hazards more frequently and with greater intensity than at any other time in modern history. Our location based impact hazard model identifies and defines frequency and intensity of extreme events. From 2014 we were known by our legal name ClimaChange-Impact! In 2017 we decided to do business as Extreme Event Risk, after concluding a one year research allocation with NREL's Peregrine Super Computer. After 5 years of R&D, partnering and product development, we formally opened for business in January 2020. We have developed the basis of a multifractal analytic model of extreme weather utilizing global climate impact data and its influence on extreme precipitation events. We present probabilities of extreme weather events over a specific location over a given time period by the shift in distributions as a result of climate change over the coming 1,3,5,10, 20, 50 and 100 years. We are:Joshua Putterman, President of JPIA, in the capacity of CEO/Co-founder * International Development Risk Specialist * Operations and Research Officer 1995-1999, the World Bank
