Services provided include:1. Video scouting – We watch videos of either specific players if you have specific positional needs or specific leagues to identify players of interest within those leagues and we can also perform broader searches to watch players across multiple leagues to identify untapped potential and "under the radar" type of players.2. Live Scouting – We have offer live scouting depending on the region for relevant tournaments such as the World Cup in Qatar and the U20 World Cup in Indonesia etc.3. Opposition Analysis – We utilise our experience in analysing opponents and can provide both written reports and video reports. We use Tactic Lite/Advance as a software package and can produce industry leading highlight clips to identify patterns of play, team shape, highlight threats/weaknesses and make suggestions for formation/team selection. (A short sample video is provided on our website). 4. Technical Scouting – We have experience utilising technical scouting data from StatsBomb and SciSports to support decision making and help identify players who are sometimes suitable dependant on their team's playing style. We also have an expert consultant capable of producing industry leading Tableau reports to develop in house quantitative data. 5. Background/Contextual Information – We have a vast network of contacts/consultants across the World which gives us the ability to gain insight into a player's ability/character and background quicker than many others enabling us to make quicker decisions/recommendations as well as giving us the ability to rule out potential players based on a character reference. 6. Others Services - We also provide advice and consulting on a range of other issues such as: Identifying potential loan clubs, advice around scouting structure, advice on types of reports/report structure, future/succession planning for squad makeup and coach suitability and simplified reporting for executives to assess the football element.
