About ezCollaboratorezCollaborator is an online collaboration tool that allows you and your internal and/or external customers to work together in an organized fashion. What we've found is that the vast majority of companies use email to manage their tasks. For example, you may send me an email to do a task, and I then forward it on to Janet, who then forwards it on to Bill and so forth. The problem is that you then don't have a good way to know who is to do what and by when. What our tool does is to consolidate these 1000s of tasks and projects into a common system where you have real control over all of this. Tracking all of the routing as tasks go from person to person. This way you know who owns each task, and you have a clear history of everyone who has worked on each of these tasks in the past. These tasks can also be collaboratively shared with your customers so you and your customers work together as a team to tackle your daily workload. Our experience is that your customers will really love this hands-on involvement. The links below give you some idea of how all of this works, but the best way would be for me to show you in person. This would only take a small amount of your time to make a decision that will ultimately improve your productivity as an organization.Thank you,Winston T Trotter, III - Technical Sales Lead972-325-2747 (Office)972-567-2404 (Cell)
