Consultancy for Debt Recovery includes- Managing and recovering the old outstanding / debtWe work with Sales and Support team to get the detail picture of the old outstanding from the company perspective. Then meet up with customer to understand their key pain area because of which the payment was put on hold or delayed. Once we get picture from both sides, we chart out plan to resolve customer pain areas and get the old outstanding released from them. During the process we build / improve bonding between our client and their customer. We update the status at each level on regular basis as well as in the governance meeting. Thereby all the stakeholders are aware about the debt recovery. Giving consultancy in preparing processes to control / track the debt The debt recovery management process will not only improve the tracking of the debt recovery but also improve the cash flow of the company. We will lay out stringent processes for tracking of the company debt recovery and also improve the chances of getting the debt recovery, which will help the company cash flow.
