As cash collection have always been an operational pain, the need to go cashless became more important when more and more of this outlets surface.The thought to allow customers to have a seamless experience also led to the creation of eziPay. eziPay is simple: to remove cash from laundromats in Malaysia by replacing them with internet-enabled washers and dryers.eziPay functions through a low profile solid-state web server on the front of the machine, which is connected to the machine's controls. Through the app, users can sign up to the service and deposit money to run the machines, along with remotely stopping and starting the cycle.The vision? To implement similar technology to other machines, to make it simple for the business owner, at the same time, the customer.
