We are opening an F45 fitness studio in Brighton! Although its new to Brighton there are almost 1000 studios globally with 6 opened in London already this year! We are two sisters opening this incredible F45 fitness studio in the centre of Brighton on Fleet Street, just at the back of Brighton train station.We are opening on 2nd January 2018 with a launch party on the 6th January!F45 is an amazing workout. It combines 45mins of high intensity interval training, circuit training and functional training. The combination of interval, cardiovascular and strength training has been proven to be the most effective workout method for burning fat and building lean muscle. F45 HQ has a dedicated athletics team of professional sportsmen and women, sports and exercise scientists so every workout is individually designed to create maximum results. Our HQ music department creates a new music playlist to match every single workout. We will keep you motivated and inspired!! F45 is an incredibly innovative workout akin to having your own personal trainer 7 days a week. At F45 you never do the same workout twice. Monday/Wednesday/Friday are more cardiovascular based and Tuesday's and Thursday more resistance based. Saturday we have a live studio DJ and this class in 60mins.
