F8CES is a unique boutique agencey providing a range of services in the talent and artist managment industry. We work proactively with larger firms and agencies to coach and promote talent and to refine the images of our clients through styling and constructive training. Our Creative Director, Ric F. Andrews, is a Master MUA with over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry. As a runway-certified talent scout, coach and image maker, he has worked professionally with some of the world's most exclusive brands including MAC, Tom Ford, Smashbox, Nars, Bobbi Brown, and Chanel. As a former Rehearsel and Presentation Director at the Industry Network, Ric helped foster and refine the talents of emerging actors, models, and performers and worked with a host of agents, managers, networks, and production companies to ensure the success of a myriad of projects. Ric formed F8CES in 2017 and the vision was simple and clear—discover, cultivate and transform talent in a way that is safe, constructive and successful for all!
