FabLab Budapest is an open innovation workshop, part of an international network; is a community initiative where anyone can access technologies that were previously available only in industrial premises and a community in which to share ideas and inspiration.The workshop and its machinery and equipment can be used by anyone for the purpose of a fee if they document the work done in the workshop and are willing to share it with others. (The use of the workshop is also guaranteed if someone for some reason wants to work in secret. For higher usage fees, we accept confidentiality and discretion.)Our goal is to provide a toolbox that is suitable for producing any prototypes and unique products of mature, technological end product; at the same time it serves the needs of hobbies, who are only for their own purposes, are producing products, or want to know the materials and technologies without any specific purpose.We want to be an inspirational, creative space where ideas are born and realized, where everyone can learn and teach. In many cases, our users are looking for us with an existing project idea, which requires help in implementing and implementing them, and uses our infrastructural features. In addition, it is increasingly common in FabLab to have random contacts, representatives from a wide range of areas meet and help each other in new colors, to see the problems they face on the other side. However, FabLab is not just an open workshop, fundamentally non-profit targets such as technology democratization, DIY (do it yourself) and the promotion and dissemination of open knowledge principles and movements; but also a highly qualified team of experts, who also undertakes to manage and execute complex, innovative knowledge-based projects, and, on the basis of their own ideas, generates own projects for which an investor is seeking or trying to launch.
