HR managers/recruiters can either choose the activities from a "card-sort" themselves or send out a short survey to people currently in the position. These results are incorporated into a Unique Position Profile (UPP) specific to the opportunity they are seeking to fill. Facticiti's algorithm and resume parsing filters and prioritizes against the UPP. Now the recruiter is able to sort the thousands of resumes electronically on all inbound resumes.
