"FACTOR+ PIMPs organizations"Our service is a method ("PIM") allowing a manager to optimize quickly -and in a sustainable way- the culture of any organization. This method is based on the principles of the mathematical Complexity and Chaos theory. PIM stands for « Pattern Identification and Management ». First, we identify the dominant patterns ("this is the way it has been done here for years…") created over time through team interaction. Then we manage, in a very disciplined way, the sum of all dominant patterns into the desired organizational culture. New positive patterns are "carved into" the organization by initiating a continuous series of small initiatives in the desired direction. We call that "Adaptor-ship". Once the dominant patterns are locked into a positive mode, the culture changes and the creation of a sustained high-performance organization becomes possible.An organization becomes a likely candidate for a PIM approach when the manager feels "something is wrong" that is not reflected on the company KPI dashboard but severely affects the performance level.
