The Faculty of Administration in Sarajevo, a higher education institution of great social, scientific, and academic importance, was founded in 2005. Action in the direction of public administration reform based primarily on the education of new highly qualified personnel for the civil service and the private sector, including all administrative and managerial operations, and to establish a functioning organizational system in BiH and motive for the establishment and operation of the Faculty of Administration.The Faculty of Administration monitors market trends and student needs and enables professional practice that has been successfully implemented for many years in cooperation with local self-government units in Sarajevo Canton and beyond and other legal entities to facilitate this transition from first to the first job. Also, additional education is provided through student exchange through the international cooperation program of the University of Sarajevo with European universities, then through work in demonstration teams, participation in scientific-professional gatherings and projects, etc.
