Faiir.com is working to offer the same options and services to consumers who are experiencing lack of, - or faulty deliveries, such as are available to suppliers when payments fail to come. Trading should ideally be conducted between two equal parties, - one delivering services or goods and the other delivering payments. Today this is often, in practice, not the case in the consumer market. Suppliers have facilities and services available that go far beyond what is available to consumers. They can check consumer's ability to pay before delivering. If payments are still not made in due time, they have available "automated" dunning procedures and professional debt collectors. The consumers on the other hand, have no organized source of information checking the supplier's "ability to deliver" in advance. Nor do consumers have access to automated dunning procedures or highly specialized "debt collectors" if an agreed delivery fail to be made by the supplier. By offering means for consumers to register their complaints, providing "automated dunning procedures" and organized legal services, Faiir.com aims to fill the gap between consumers and suppliers. Based on the previously filed consumer complaints, Faiir.com will create statistics and rankings of suppliers, services and products. This will enable consumers to make more qualified decisions before a deal is made, and thereby further empower the consumer in a trade situation.
