Founded in 2012, The Fairview of Fairfield is a 120-bed facility located in Southport, Connecticut. We have continued to grow and evolve to meet the needs of our patients. Today we offer a full continuum of care, from temporary respite stays, to short-term rehabilitation, to long term skilled nursing care, as well as a broad array of speciality programs and services.
