My vision is that all children shall be seen, heard, understood, validated and respected. I have been supporting parents in many roles for more than 10 years as a family coach and group leader in support classes. in 2018 I published the book "Se och Bli sedd - om ömsesidig respekt i mötet med barn" where I describe a way of approaching parenting similarly to many modern leadership theories. At the moment I'm touring Sweden with a stageshow with the same name aimed at parents as well as teachers and pre-school teachers.
