Family & Children's Service (F&CS) has been serving residents of Lynn and surrounding communities since 1885. F&CS is a multiservice community nonprofit organization that strengthens the life skills of families, children, and individuals of all ages. We offer access to a full range of services that help participants develop skills to build stable, productive, and healthy lives. Our programs address specific needs, offering proven and professionally managed services in multiple languages through center-based and in-home settings. With offices in Lynn and Chelsea, F&CS offers home-based and group parent leadership training, support groups, youth development services, community health education, case management, support and stabilization services, advocacy for court-involved youth, and emergency financial assistance.
