About Us Who is it for? Everyone! You're never to young and never too old to start! All ages, shapes and sizes! From beginners to advanced! If you want to feel better and have more energy, improve health, lose fat or inches, build strength and muscle, enjoy a better night's sleep, decrease stress and have fun at the same time then come to the Family Fitness Centre! What is it? A Fitness Centre with supervised exercise programs for children, group exercise programs, personal training as well as an exercise centre for those to train on their own. Why we started? As the number of programs, health education, recreational sports decreases or they become unaffordable, the amount of preventable sickness and death increases. Since people die every day of these preventable lifestyle diseases, the Family Fitness Centre was created to offer "Fitness for Everyone" to help prevent this from occuring. Where, When and How?
