Dr. Carter has been helping people get back to an active, pain free life since his clinic opened in Edmond in 2002. Dr. Carter is the only chiropractor in the Oklahoma City area to have received Advanced Competency in "Whiplash Injury Biomechanics & Brain Traumatology" at the Spine Research Institute of San Diego.
