Venues and More creates links between vacant property and creative activity.FanU acts as the missing link between the vast offer of empty offices in and around Amsterdam and creative and cultural start ups looking for affordable workspaces.At this moment i am project manager of the Duintjer Cs (former ABN Amro building/ Post CS) and A&C Lab (Damrak 70)A&C Lab - Arts & Crafts Lab is an assembly building in which a mix of creative entrepreneurs are located. The city council of Amsterdam and Bureau Broedplaatsen support our initiative and grant financial aid to help young entrepreneurs settle in the creative hotspot A&CLab. More than 40% of the surface area of the building are endowed square meters.A&CLab is also involved in the improvement of the atmosphere in the city center, Arts & Crafts is an incubator for the 1012 postal code campaign.Arts & Crafts Lab comprises 6000 m2 of production societies, documentary producers, studios, workshops, communication companies, designers, architects, advertising companies, web designers, producers, photographers, etc.The temporary nature of the building gives the atmosphere an extra dimension. Each renter may decorate their own unit in their own specific style. The communal corridors are true meeting spaces.
