"Farayand Co." is the newly born member of SHIDCO Group's family. Shidco corp. was founded in 1960 in Khuzestan, Iran. Back then the extent of our activities was limited to supplying electrical equipment. After a while we extended our activities to trading professional audio and light equipment and have been in that business since. Through the years, we managed to gain the mutual trust and partnership of world-class brands such as RCF, FBT, Powersoft, DTS, JTS and become the sole distributor of them in the country. Through that, we have established ourselves as a leader in Iran's market and a key player in international trade markets. But that did not stop us as we believe that being a prominent player needs more than dominating only one field. Having that in mind, we gradually paved the way towards entering the fields that required massive technical knowledge, and finally in 2007, we add a new member to "Shidco Corp." family. "Fares Technology" was initially founded in order to install and run the professional audio equipment we supplied and since then "Fares" has become one of the major companies active in that field and has successfully completed numerous projects. However, This was not the end of the journey for "Shidco Corp." either. As years passed and we gained more experience, we came to realize that both our enterprise and the Iran's market have much more potential to fulfill. Considering that, "Shidco Corp." yet again added another member to its family. "Farayand" was founded in 2015 mostly to enter new fields such as "Smart Buildings, Acoustic Design, Projection Mapping and Multi Vision Screens". In "Farayand" we try to use light and sound alongside with acoustic design and architectural techniques to make new experiences in both indoor and outdoor environments. This was all carried on considering these new fields being completely untapped in the country and of course our experience and technical knowledge gathered in years.
