Future Academic Resource Results in Education ("FARR Ed") was established in early 2017, but it's formation is the result of years of focus and involvement on improving education opportunities for students in New Jersey. We believe charter schools should be one of the options certain communities should have for their children's education. We do realize however, that charter schools do not have the same access to funding as public schools, particularly when it comes to paying for facilities. FARR Ed wants to bridge that gap. With already $10 million in committed equity capital, FARR Ed seeks to participate in the financing of facilities for charter schools who are looking to build new, or expand and renovate existing, facilities to meet enrollment needs. Our goal is to build a diversified portfolio of first mortgage, subordinate note or equity positions in a variety of properties, with multiple charter school operators, within New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.
