Farrell Auctioneers & Estate Agents Ltd. are an independent estate agency, specialising in the Sale and Rental of Residential Properties, Country Homes, Farms, Agricultural Land, Commercial Properties and Valuations. We have developed a niche market in the West of Ireland focusing on South Galway and North Clare. We are proud to be on the AIB and EBS Valuation Panels, and have expert knowledge in all aspects of valuation including Residential, Commercial, Agricultural, Livestock, including Equine, CPO's and Taxation.We also conduct Live Property and Livestock Auctions and currently Auctioneer with Gort Co-operative Livestock Mart Limited.Colm has been involved through his unique skill as a vocal auctioneer for raising funds for many charities including: Crumlin Hospital, Seamount School, Kinvarra, Ability West, Galway, Cancer Care West, Parkinsons, Cystic Fibrosis, Autism, Multiple Sclerosis, The Civil Defence, Feilecan, Ray of Sunshine Foundation and GAA Clubs.Currently Colm is actively involved in the local community as Chairman of St. Thomas' Hurling Club, Co-Chair of Yeats ThoorBallylee Society, Secretary of Local Community Alert Scheme, Committee Member of the Gort Co-Operative Livestock Mart and Local Peace Commissioner.
