Our service offering to clients focuses on the following critical services: Strategic Development Advice: • Visioning, concept design and Master Planning; • Delivery strategies; • Manage authority approvals / design excellence; • Strategic Property & Project Reviews; and • Bid Management. Peer Review Services: • Identify key project issues and provide strategic advice to manage these; • Risk assessment and mitigation processes; • Review and provide strategies to unlock approval stalemates; • Stakeholder management & communication; and • Form and manage a small expert team to provide a full review of the project to date, where required.
