FHA is a fashion/art/leadership program geared towards educating and developing students to compete in the creative arts industry. Along with basic skills, we are teaching them life principals, as well as what it means to have a positive self-image of one's self. Our fall and spring semesters last for about 9 to 10 weeks, and we offer courses in: Fashion Design, Sewing, Graphic Design, Wardrobe Styling, Photography, Modeling, Fashion Illustration, Visual Merchandising and Portfolio Building. Each semester is culminated with an event called the Fashion Gala, where students get to display their final projects to family, friends and the community.
