History Established in 1990 FASTFRAME of San Anselmo & San Rafael were started by Jim Stroupe in 1990 and 1994, respectively. Jim hired Jessica Carlson as one of his framers in 1994. Jessica became his master framer and then store manager. In 2004 Jessica and David Sullivan married and one year later when Mr. Stroupe was looking to retire, purchased both FASTFRAME of San Anselmo & FASTFRAME of San Rafael from Jim.
