FastTrack's Foundational Coach Training provides the knowledge and practice you need for private practice or working as an internal coach in an organization. FastTrack is appropriate for people who want to become professional coaches, incorporate the professional coach's skill set into their work (e.g., HR professionals), or people who have been using coaching in their work and now want to become certified coaches.You will learn the core coaching competencies needed to coach confidently across both life and business coaching contexts. FastTrack's Foundational Coach Training is approved by the International Coach Federation's (ICF) for certification as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC). FastTrack's 60 hour program uses a webinar platform, so you can attend from anywhere in the world. Classes are divided between subject matter content and practice coaching. Participants get weekly opportunitites to coach, be coached, get feedback on their coaching & hear other participants coach. Additionally, FastTrack offers the FastTrack to Business Success course in which you will learn the latest digital techniques and how to make your business successful. This course goes beyond theory and will spend time with each participant individually to help you customize what you lear, and apply it to your business.
