In August 2018, I established my own innovation consultancy- "Fathom" - to help organisations take a human centered design approach to solving tricky issues.Since then I've helped a number of both local and international organisations from large corporates to NFP's and Iwi apply design thinking to over a dozen challenges related to strategy, people, safety, natural resources, products and services. I've also designed and delivered Design capability building programmes for a number of tertiary and corporate clients.More recently, I was appointed an Executive Coach at Stanford's "d.school" where I now help deliver the d.school's Executive Education Design Thinking Programme to clients from around the world.If you or your organisation would like help to understand and solve a tricky problem, please get in touch.
