A new recipe for an American classic, Fatt Dog was founded in 2003 as a modern sausage restaurant concept. The 5 Franchise locations throughout the Bay Area focused on providing the highest quality product and excellence in customer experience. In 2004, a year after opening it's doors, Fatt Dog was voted as the #1 All Beef Frank in San Francisco Chronicle's Taster's Choice. After 6 years of operation and selling off each of its locations, the Fatt Dog Franchise closed its doors in 2010.
