We are a society providing governance and curation of the Faucet SDN controller project.Our aims are to:- Research, develop and evaluate an open source, production quality SDN controller platform (Faucet and related components/applications), that benefits the networking community by providing open source programmatic control of software and hardware based networks. - Host the infrastructure for a Faucet community, establishing a neutral home for community assets, infrastructure, meetings, events and collaborative discussions.- Curate the Faucet platform as a production quality reference implementation of an SDN system including unit and integration tests for hardware and software, that enables innovative solutions in open source networking including traffic engineering and policy based forwarding, provisioning, service chaining, workflow automation, capacity management, security/incident response.Twitter:@faucetsdn
