A little bit of history Football club Spartak, is a football club from Subotica, Serbia, that plays in the Serbian Super League i.e Serbian Premier League. The club was founded in 1945 and was named after Jovan Mikić Spartak, the leader of the Partisans in Subotica, who was a national hero. The club was named Spartak Subotica until the end of season 2007/08. In that time FC Spartak was playing in Serbian Third Division. After being merged with Zlatibor Voda, the team entered Serbian Second Division and season after advanced in Serbian Super League were being present till now under the name FC Spartak Zlatibor Voda. At summer 2013, club assembly voting and change name. We got old name,short version, FC Spartak. Management: FC Spartak is run by the Board. There are three members of the Board of Directors and 19 members of the Board. Conclusion FC Spartak has been a respectful name on the football scene since 1945. Due to the financial problems the team renegade in third league. After merger with Zlatibor voda now FC Spartak Zlatibor voda entered the Serbian Super league in 2008. In the season 2010/11 the club entered qualifications for UEFA Europe league. Today, it is a small but modern and prosperous football team with ambitions and possibilities to qualify for UEFA Europe league 2013/2014.
