The Québec Federation of Real Estate Boards (QFREB) is a non-profit organization representing the province's 8 real estate boards and close to 13,000 member real estate brokers. It was created in 1994 following the enactment of the Real Estate Brokerage Act.OUR MISSIONTo support Québec's real estate boards in order to defend, protect and promote the interests of real estate brokers through the provision of services in the areas of professional practices, public affairs and market analysis.The QFREB is guided by an approach centered on collaboration and resource sharing.OUR VISIONTo be the authority on real estate brokerage in Québec by acting as an essential point of reference for real estate boards and their members as well as decision-makers and the general public within a prosperous and sustainable industry.
