FCT Formula Student Details
Formula Student is the leading European competition for undergraduates who want hands on experience in an innovative racing team. In order to compete, a team with 25 students from different areas in the engineering field - such as mechanics, industrial and management and electronics - was created. The team is comitted to draw and built the lightest, cheapest and most efficient car possible. Although it is our first time in this competition, the team wants to exceed expectations - with teamwork, persistency and patience we will work to go as far as possible. Our motivation is to have the best results we can throughout the 2016 and 2017 competitions so that the students at Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia are given the opportunity to join this project as the years go by.
