Founder Frank Coloma, has been working since 2008 as interpreter, consultant and coordinator of various activities for the Ministry of Home Affairs and Communications "MIC" for the implementation of the ISDB-T digital TV standard in the Latin American region, Among the functions developed, the most prominent is the improvements made to the EWBS system, since for more than 3 years (2016 to 2020), together with Japanese companies, engineers and consultants, improvements and new solutions have been developed for the transmission and reception of EWBS messages, that is why FE TECH is the company with the greatest knowledge and experience in the operation, management and implementation of the EWBS System.The test, demonstration and implementation works have been carried out in all the countries that implement the ISDB-T in Latin America, but there are 4 countries that already have the infrastructure for the official operation and use of the system, these countries are: Peru (the country with the greatest operational experience (the use of the system has already been formalized), Costa Rica, Nicaragua and El Salvador (they have the necessary technological equipment but have not yet been officially operated.)
