Federated Residential Mortgage Company was founded in August of 1998 by Christopher Nohl, Hans Billerbeck and Brandon Kim. The Company provided financing for commercial, residential and business purposes. The Company grew rapidly from its inception peaking at 154 employees in the mid 2000's. In its 10 year history the Company funded over $2.8 billion dollars to residents, businesses and landlords in Wisconsin, USA. The COmpany specialized in working with the complexities of fractionally owned commercial real estate and in self-employed borrower income underwriting.The secondary debt market collapse of 2007 - 2009 ultimately proved too great a disruption in funding liquidity and the Company closed its doors for good in 2009.
