Our 1st launch was 6 years ago under the Feed Your Mind TM and while it did not get the results I had hoped for, it achieved proof of concept and some valuable sales data. It was essentially an unplanned test market. I had teams who all meant well, but were not cohesive. We did not often move in the same direction & pursue the same goals. Virtually all worked at it in their spare time. We had a machine that was very limiting & not conducive to our products. Despite these problems, no marketing, & weak locations, we achieved:*A valuable cross section of locations - high school, mall, 2 surgical centers, a hospital emergency room, university, medical clinic and Seattle Center.* 2009 best year with gross dollar sales of $31k * Oclober 2009 best month with gross sales of $3.7k* High school grew their sales from $7.500 in 2009 to nearly $25k in 2013. *According to 2 different competitive reps, placement of our machines increased their sales significantly*Many lessons learned from test market informationI put together a relaunch plan that I feel is very solid. Our offering will consist of a custom vending machine that is state of the art offering a unique delivery system and more. We will offer 2 brand names both of which are registered TM each with specific targeted locations and specific product mixes. Branded product vending is popular and growing. We will offer a business model where at colleges, universities and even high schools are are part of the curriculum & managed and operated ran by students. A potential of 15 revenue streams have been identified making our new business model very profitable. The planned product mix is much stronger and the dollar ring per transaction will increase significantly. We also plan on adding on-line sales offering an expanded line of related products that are brain healthy consisting of snacks, books(including digital readers & games), games & puzzles that stimulate, educate and entertain .
