Fem Synergy is a platform that is committed to creating a synergy amongst women. Research has found that in spite of the progress in women's rights, women continue to face socio-economic, cultural and systemic barriers. This platform aspires to empower women by creating a safe space where we discuss individual/collective challenges and together brainstorm a plan of action to overcome these obstacles. Additionally, we enjoy recognizing and celebrating each other's successes. We are centred on the principle that when we encourage, support and empower one another that we are capable of making sustainable and impactful change that benefits all.
