Creating diverse and inclusive leadership teams through Executive level mentoring with the aim of creating future Boards and leadership teams which are purpose led and reflective of our communities.*Cross-sector Executive mentoring programme supporting a diverse group of senior women. *Disrupting future leadership teams and Boards so that they reflect our communities. *Inspiring a different type of leadership which is inclusive and purpose led, fostering connections across "for profit" and "not for profit" organisations. *Amplifying voices and sharing lived experiences.The programme provides one to one Executive level mentoring to high potential women across intersectionalities. Our mentors are Executives passionate about inclusion and making a difference, and our mentees are women breaking through into senior roles in their organisations. All are from organisations which span the public, private and third sectors.
