FEMME INSPIRATION wants to influence this and aim towards an equal and including industry in the future.We believe that working for gender equality and diversity in any business is done by offering separatist forums for women and non-binary, but also, by initiating conversations about gender equality between women and men, as well as the whole society and its various levels.We know that it's not possible to reach gender equality in any industry simply by focusing on the underrepresented target group - in this case women and non-binary.Therefore, FEMME INSPIRATION's initiatives and engagement are managed in a multidimensional way in order to obtain change and progress in the tech industry, as well as the society as a whole.
