Fereneze Golf Club is a mature moor land 18-hole course offering spectacular panoramic views over the Clyde Valley towards Glasgow and beyond.A medium length course by yardage, Fereneze is the closest thing you will find to a links course without going to the seaside. With relatively tight fairways this is a course which rewards accurate driving. Each hole presents a new challenge, with golfers having to adapt to local conditions when playing approach shots to fast and sloping greens.Many of the holes such as the 4th - The Cobbler - and the 11th - Ben Lomond - are named after distant hills (or Munros as they are known) which are clearly visible on the skyline, making it hard to believe you are only a few miles from one of Scotland's busiest cities. The views, coupled with the various wildlife which can be spotted on the course, make the Fereneze a truly beautiful course and one any keen golfer must not miss.
