Also retired individuals who need to enrich their lives through movement when they no longer have a set schedule.Owner, Yvonne Ferguson Hardin is a Certified Fitness Professional who has over twenty years of experience as a Health and fitness specialist. She has worked with many populations in many capacities.Her mission is threefold:-1/ to enhance the overall quality of their lives by empowering them.2/To create more jobs within the community, improving the failing economy.3/To constantly transform lives through the programs developed by Yvonne Ferguson Hardin, around the world one body at a time.
