Founded Fernow Consulting in 2000 to help entrepreneurs, enterprises and visionary nonprofits innovate and grow more successfully.Representative clients over the years include AnswerDash (Voyager Capital - backed startup), Athena Partners (bottled water social venture acquired by DS Waters), Celebrity Cruises, General Mills, King County Library System, Medify (Voyager Capital - backed start-up acquired by Alliance Health Networks), ShipRush (SasS firm acquired by Descartes Systems Group), Microsoft, Nordstrom, Sara Lee, Starbucks, Sylvan Learning Centers, T-Mobile, and others.Client engagements are confidential but typically involve helping them successfully innovate, accelerate growth, enter new markets, or improve their customer experience.
